If I could give In Motion a 10 star rating I would. I cannot say enough about the staff, their professionalism, and the high level of expertise/knowledge. I had rotator cuff surgery in May, and now have full function of my right shoulder. I've met other people that have not gone through therapy like I had, and don't have half the mobility. I saw Kristy, and instead of feeling like PT was a drag, it was a joy. She provided outstanding care, and I feel like I have a life long friend. The people at In Motion really care about you. I highly recommend In Motion. They are the BEST!

I was left alone in the pool for 30 minutes to make up my own therapy session on a regular basis. They don't care about the patients. The therapists are over booked.

I hurt my ankle by over-training for upcoming running events. Been running 15 years, never had a problem and I've never been to PT. I called In-Motion based on location and what I read online. They got me in for an appt. with Jason that day I called. I've been back twice since then and am delighted! Jason gives me his full time attention for the hour+ I am there. He explains what's going on with my ankle and varies the treatment accordingly. I always leave with my ankle taped up, advice, and a growing list of exercises to do at home to strengthen my ankle as well other muscles to prepare for my events (10 miler, then a marathon). Yes, the PT's are busy and see multiple patients at a time, but there are many assistants to check on you and they only move to another person while your waiting thru a treatment (i.e. timed 10 minute wrap). They are efficient but I never feel forgotten. After my experience thus far, I have decided to bring my kids here for some help. My insurance sucks so I do self-pay. The cost is very fair for the service and it's working to get me back running again.

Signed up for the fitness center. Paid the 1 year fee. Great decision! Everyone at the gym is so friendly from the staff to the other people working out. Equipment is well kept and on the newer side. Doesn't get super crowded like many of these other gyms. The crowd is a little older than most gyms being that it is attached to a physical therapy center. Has everything you want in a gym from cardio to free weights to machines. Locker rooms are well kept but not the newest. Great value!!

If I could rate this facility 0 stars, I would. I had 3 sessions here. 1st one was ok - more of a consultation. 2nd & 3rd were a joke - I was there for 1 hour and spent 5-10 minutes tops with my therapist while she juggled 3-4 other patients. So I was there basically working out on my own - if I knew that I would have went to my own gym where I have a membership. The exercises she had me do were too tough on my knee and actually made the situation worse. After the 2nd session I told my therapist my concerns and she said ok but still had me do similar exercises that proceeded to worsen the situation. I did not return after that session and it took 2 months since then to get my knee back to where it was before I started going there. I received a bill from there and called to voice my concerns. They transferred me to the owner, he was extremely rude and condescending and asked how he could even help me if he didn't know my last name... I told him he never even asked for my last name... He preceded to tell me he couldn't do anything for me and told me it's my fault for not understanding how my insurance works. FYI - I work in HR and I'm 100% aware of my benefits plan. Would not recommend this location, they are money hungry and over-book their therapists. They have no concern for their patients other than the paycheck.
