Excellent customer service, and great knowledge on everything in the store. It's one thing to sell vape and glass stuff in a smoke shop it's another to know what your selling and how it works, much respect and thank you.

This shop is discusting, i walked in the front door and one guy was cutting his toe nails on the table. They have cheap quailty products and will rip you off. any one that wants to check Elite smoke shop out i wouldnt recomend it. Id give them a 0 but google wont let me.

Bought now going on my 3rd vape machine all broke within a month. Bought one last night never worked guy insured me it would even after testing it in front of me it did not work tried two batteries still did not work told me if I charge it at home it would just bought last night and still no vape and with a no return policy 😠

They are extremely expensive on glass. First off they know nothing about it the guys there sold me a glass bomber and said it was quartz crystal. Then I went back to switch it out or get a refund and they would only give me more broken glass. I would never recommend anyone to go there.
