Awful! Brought in a phone to be activated on the MetroPCS network, and it turns out the employee activated the wrong IEMI chip slot that she had put the SIM card in. $25 dollars nonrefundable, and a long drive down to a corporate store later, the problem was fixed almost instantaneously. Make the drive to corporate instead! It's worth it.
