Amazing service. They worked within my budget even though my entire order was custom, they didn't compromise quality and even the owner of the business gave me a further discount. The negative reviews are laughable at best, Elite Sofa quality and staff are amazing and am planning to buy more custom furniture from them shortly.

Such extremely poor workmanship that it's laughable. I ordered a chaise sectional sofa through a local furniture store. The lowlights of the sofa that was delivered: the seat cushions did not reach the sofa back, there was a pull in the fabric, there were all kinds of loose thread ends that should have been trimmed, and the finishing beneath was extremely sloppy. I returned the faulty pieces to be fixed. How shoddy was the repair? Well, for the short seat cushion, all they did was cram a small sliver of foam into the cushion to "add length". That's not proper furniture making and will not stand up structurally. And they didn't even bother trying to address the other faults. The end result was that it was a waste of my time bothering to order the sofa from Elite Sofa and a further waste of time to return the pieces and pick them back up without being fixed. Luckily the store accepted a return of the sofa. Unfortunately I had to pay delivery both ways, so that I'm out $170. If you care at all about quality and workmanship, do not buy from Elite Sofa. Because they don't care about either of these things!

This Company must surely win the award for the worst service in Canada. Months of waiting for orders with management that simply DOES NOT CARE. A few large clients that they service and the rest can go to hell. Use at your own peril - you have been warned.
