We recently sold our house in Los Angeles with the added challenge of having already moved to another state. It was a difficult decision to find an agent to whom we could hand over the keys to our home of over 30 years (and also our most valuable asset). In her first meeting with us, Elizabeth presented a highly-detailed plan for the sale of our home. Elizabeth and her team then expertly executed that plan. The result was a selling price that exceeded even our highest expectations.  Elizabeth, her colleague Nicole, and their team of specialists handled everything from prepping and staging the house through to the final sale. There were a couple of unexpected issues that cropped up along the way, but Elizabeth and her team quickly and professionally implemented solutions.  They did everything from handling repair work to forwarding our mail to watering plants. They took care of our home as if it were their own.  Even though we were living over a thousand miles away, Elizabeth and Nicole maintained constant communication with us via email and telephone so we always knew exactly what was happening and felt comfortable throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a great real estate agent, make the easy decision. Hire Elizabeth Marquart. She’s the best of the best.

Elizabeth and her team (Nicole, especially) are fantastic!  We found Elizabeth on yelp and are extremely happy and relieved that we picked her to be our agent.  The process was seamless and an otherwise stressful experience was thorough, easy to follow and extremely diligent. The amount of care and attention to detail that went in to helping us buy our home was unmatched; not to mention that we got the home 17K under asking price!  To say that we recommend Elizabeth would be an understatement.  Elizabeth has perfected this craft and It would behoove you, specifically as a first time home buyer, to work with her and her team on all of your home buying needs!  There is no one better!

As a first time home buyer, approaching the market was extremely intimidating and nerve-racking. I was overwhelmed to be put in a position to create a game plan in a situation that I’ve never experienced before. That’s when I found Elizabeth. She and her team exceeded our every expectation in all aspects of the home buying process. I’ll be honest with you, I knew NOTHING about purchasing a home. Not only did they take lead and hold our hand through the whole process, but also educated us on every step and detail along the way. I’ve come to believe that they have the blueprint of success for first time home buyers. I also want to highlight the fantastic work done by Nicole. She takes service, attention to detail, and communication to a whole new level and we are so thankful for her help and guidance along the way.

Having said that, what really spoke volume to me was the fact that Elizabeth and Nicole did certain things that really showed that were working towards our bottom line as a family. Purchasing a home can be a big financial commitment, and knowing that we had a team that put our financial well being first was truly appreciated.

Elizabeth is an excellent agent - she's very responsive, knowledgeable, and savvy. She ended up selling our Sherman Oaks condo for $27,000 more than our neighbors just 3 months after their unit sold (same size, # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms layout, etc). I believe ours sold for more because of how well Elizabeth managed the listing, staging, timing, open house and negotiations. She has a purposeful strategy that helps maximize the price.

Elizabeth is on top of everything and likes to move fast, so she expects you to be on top of everything as well.

We ended up selling for well above asking price with multiple offers. To give you an idea of how fast we moved (and I believe this is exceptional), we ended up with offers a week after listing, and entered escrow (after negotiations) a month after listing.

I couldn't be happier with her abilities and service.

From the moment we met Elizabeth Marquart she striked us as a professional, smart, knowledgeable, real estate expert. Elizabeth and her team made the purchase of our dream house a walk in the park.  Elizabeth and her team members: Nicole, Mariela and Jamielynn were thorough and detailed oriented throughout the entire process of our home purchase. Their passion to provide us with quality service and protection was evident in every step of the transaction. Elizabeth was reachable and responded to every e-mail promptly.  We highly recommend Elizabeth and her team if you need a real estate expert to purchase your new dream home. We were so pleased with her and her team that we have decided to use their services again to list our previous home for sale!
