The Elk City Carnegie Library is a public library excited about our community. We are a small library with big ideas!
The original building was paid for by the Andrew Carnegie Foundation on 1915.
In 1968 the basement became the youth library and in 1975 renovation of the building doubled the size of both levels with the lower level accommodating preschoolers through high school.
