Frank has been really great! we were having very serious issues with our previous company and were in need of coverage urgently. Frank provided prompt and thorough service and the communication was great! We were able to get coverage in a short time frame and even after we were all set, the communication lines remained open, which doesn't seem to be the norm after an insurance company gets your money. We are very happy with our service and will be switching the rest of our policies over shortly!

We have been in business for 40 years.  These people are the best at what they do.  They go out of their way to give exceptional customer service. .  They have looked for the best coverages and prices for our business.  They help us to keep up with industry requirements.  I can not say enough good things about being their client. We will always be insured by this agency

I've been using Elliott, Powell, Baden & Baker for over 2 years now. Cindy McGowan originally set up my float therapy center with an insurance company that recently decided to stop insuring float centers. She contacted me 3 months prior to my insurance expiring to give me the news and to begin working on applying for insurance from another provider whom would cover what I needed it for. Communication has always been great and they were able to set me up with another insurance provider. I will continue to recommend them for any float center looking for great coverage! And I'm sure they do a great job finding insurance for any needs. Thank you!

Elliot Powell Baden and Baker is terrific! Denice Nelson is the agent who handled my most recent insurance needs and is fabulous! She is a highly competent agent who has handled my insurance needs promptly and thoroughly! I've been so impressed with her support through any car problems I've had, contacting me often to make sure all is resolved. She is a joy in every way!

I also appreciated assistance from Jill Perucca who was attentive to a recent issue and a big help as well.

These fine folks have been providing us with commercial coverage for three years now and we wouldn't have it any other way. If you're in need, they're professional, courteous, timely, prompt and ready to help you out! Tell them Coffee Beer says "Hey!"
