Chris Wang was one of the most condescending and evasive individuals I’ve encountered in a long time. He either failed to understand my questions about coverage for my daughter, initially obtained through his company for 2016, or pretended to misunderstand, when I called trying to sort out coverage for 2018. He was, however, very quick to badmouth the former employee who had been extremely helpful and competent when arranging the 2016 coverage. I’ll never do business or recommend anyone associated with Portland Benefits Group ever again.

Patrick Sullivan helps us a lot to get the right health coverage for the first time we are here in US, with the most comfortable budget for us at this moment. Also he was very kind to answer all the questions we needed after finding and applying to that coverage. Thanks a lot Patrick for your time and assistance! I have a background in health care finance and am not a stranger to the ACA complexities.  Even so, Patrick Sullivan proved to be an invaluable resource in navigating my slog through the exchange choices and requirements.  He knows his stuff.  He's also skilled in distilling the issues and choices, and made a potentially frustrating process smooth.  He's prompt, responsive, polite.  (And I'm not so easy to please.)  I highly recommend consulting with Patrick in your ACA health care insurance selection.
