Called yesterday July 12th 2017 at 3pm, AC was out, my outside unit was beyond repair. I knew what I wanted as a picky a customer, Goodman 3.5 ton, 14seer. Ellis Air Conditioning was here 2 hours later (started an install at 5pm) with everything I ordered and had already started installing before I walked outside. 9:30 pm we had AC. Robert Crispin was a very professional Tech and because he went above and beyond to cool my house, we will be lifetime customers. 
Almost forgot to mention, I worked a deal with Jerry over the phone, we agreed on a number, and it wasnt a penny more when it was all said and done.

My initial interaction with Ellis AC was pleasant at first and I thought my problem was fix @ $200.00. Well, not even a full month later, same problem started again and a Tech came out last week, stayed all of 20 minutes and told me to wait a few days and call back if I continue to have the same problem. My leak never stopped and I called back for the 3rd time, a different Tech came out and made sure my leak stopped but left a nice mess for me to clean up in my downstairs restroom after blowing out my A/C lines. 

But, I had no problem with it since he fixed my problem so I thought ... All of sudden one of my units just stopped last night and I don't believe it was by chance either because when this Tech came out this time, he parked in the back of my house and went straight to the problem. Not even 5 minutes later, I was told I needed a $250.00 part which I found out later cost less than $20.00 dollars.  No investigation was needed because the previous Tech had already set it up the day before and they knew I would be calling back. 

Ellis A/C  is out to gouge you even though they come highly recommended and I will never use them again, period. I have scheduled an appointment with another  A/C company just make sure that the last Tech even changed the part. Because he was somewhat rude the entire time and I just dont believe he was being honest period ... Be careful using this company !!!

The team at Ellis Air have been great to work with. From start to finish, the professionalism my family received helped turn a crisis into a manageable situation. The representative I worked with, Aaron, was extremely knowledgable and provided us options; we never felt pressured in the whole experience and that was comforting to my wife and me. I will use them again!!

Our initial interaction with Ellis AC was pleasant, convenient and affordable. However, we recently moved in to our newly purchased home and one of the furnaces would not light. (Mind you, we had a full HVAC inspection less than 30 days ago from Ellis). We contacted them to see if they would come out and take a quick look at it without charging for the service call. We were told that a furnace is like a car and although it was recently inspected they have no obligation to come take a quick look for us, unless we pay the full service charge. We took our business elsewhere and paid the service charge. The technician at Efficient Home Solutions assured us that if we have any troubles within 90 days they will come out free of charge and take a look at it. Customer service is important, and this last interaction with Ellis cost them our business.
