They are the most unprofessional service! First time scheduling they said it would be Monday or Tuesday (this was a Thursday morning). They knew that it was imperative for it to be done immediately and I paid upfront. When I called they said we are running behind that it wouldn't be until Thursday before they could possibly come out. I cancelled that week and called someone else but said they could come as scheduled after that. It is now Wednesday and not only have they still not shown up but haven't called to say when they will be coming. For a highly reviewed company they sure don't care!

Very unreliable. Regularly miss scheduled day. I spend a lot of time chasing after them to provide what should be straightforward services. Regularly charge over rates I contracted. Again, more time to straighten this out, seems nearly every month.

Emerald Cut Lawn Co saved my lawn......from me. I was doing it all myself last year and then this last spring I was devastated once I saw the whole lawn blanketed by every weed variety that exist. I didnt have much hope and expectations when they started the treatments since I hired them in late March, but OMG! My lawn is beautiful, so green and plush....I am amazed. The office staff who answered my initial call was on the phone with me explaining what they do and why they do it that way and I learned so much. I look forward to using them for landscaping projects next Spring.

We have used Emerald Cut Lawn for many years. We have the full service where they do everything but water. With my work travel schedule, I no longer have to spend the weekends catching up on yard work. They do the mowing, trimming, fertilizing, pulling weeds, just everything. Our yard always looks great and they take care of any issues. They've also helped us with extra services like putting out mulch, replacing dead plants, putting out gravel, delivery of large landscape rocks. If you can think of it, they can do it! Ernesto has been our primary contact there and he's always available and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for their full service offerings.

Ken's team came in and upgraded our front flower beds using a simple v-cut border that really made a huge difference to our home's "curb appeal". He and his team picked out some very nice 3 and 5 gallon size plants along with multiple flats of flowers. They even added a few flat Oklahoma stones as a walkway to allows us to get to the water hose. This was a Mother's Day gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it. I will definitely be using Emerald's Landscaping again in the very near future for the backyard. Beautiful job!!
