I had home owners with this insurance agent several years ago. We transferred a policy to Ellis from another company. In that policy we had some additional personal property insured. Ellis failed to give us the same coverage in their policy that we had in this previous policy. We only recently discovered lapse in coverage by Ellis when reviewing the policy with our new insurance agent. Total incompetence. When I asked Mr Frankel at Ellis why the personal item were not covered when we transferred the policy to his agency, why he did not give us the exact same coverage as we had previously, he tried to blame us for the oversight. It would be like getting new car insurance and discovering a few years later that you did not have liability coverage for those years!

Have been with this company for over 25 years. They have been very helpful with several claims and would highly recommend to anyone looking for personal or professional coverage

Using the analogy of “the cobbler and his shoes” I believe a client is best served by the representation of an insurance professional.  The standard by which I measure that title are the individuals affiliated with the Ellis Insurance Agency.

I have been working with Ellis Insurance for many years.  Dan, Adam, and their team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and prompt.  They take the time to explain the very complicated insurance world in a manner the average person can understand.  I recommend anyone looking for an insurance agency with integrity and honesty at a fair price to contact them, you won't be disappointed.

For a number of years my wife and I have looked to the Ellis Agency to help us with our insurance needs.  Dan and Adam are not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but they are a delight to work with.  Insurance can be like buying a mattress - you don't really know what's inside, but with their guidance you can feel you are getting everything that you need at a fair price and not paying for anything you don't need.  If you ever have to make a claim, you want full value from your insurance and you want someone you can trust to get the right policy; that's where Dan and Adam come in.
