TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK. I was there for 2 weeks and hated it. I used to cry before I would get into work because of the place  was so awful. THOMAS VON JESS is ignorant and rude to his coworkers. Though he is the boss you would think he is a team player he is very rude. The minute I was a new administrative assistant people told me I had to be on my toes because he is rude and you needed to suck up to him. NO ONE ONE LIKES HIM IN HIS OFFICE. Though they work for him they suck up to him to be on his good side and yet they ALL DON'T LIKE HIM. He is IGNORANT about Portuguese people and said a rude comment while I was working with him because she did not speak any English. He is very nit picky, from having a snack at your desk to leaving your jacket on your chair. THIS MAN IS A MENACE. One of the WORST  branches and he should be fired. I should've reported his comment to human resources.

The worst ever , I cancelled after one month, but they kept sending me a $2000 bill which was my bill for the whole year , called so many times, but nobody was getting what I'm talking about , don't ever go with them.

Their TV commercials where they try to claim a moral high ground make me sick.  All of the dealings I've ever had with this company have in my opinion been bordering on fraud.  They've used all the tricks in the book: overcharging premiums, underappraising losses, purposeful delays, unwillingness to pay out, etc.  Liberty Mutual is BY FAR far the WORST insurance company I've ever had to deal with.
