My sister locked her keys in her car late night on a holiday and they saved the day. Thank You! It cost me $75 dollars though so be weary of calling a locksmith unless you absolutely have to.

Called these guys and they never showed up. Tried calling to clarify payment meathod and the guy was kind of unfriendly. Called several times when they were late and no one answered. Seriously, go to the other locksmith .

I had a 1:00 pm appointment with this guy and had to drive from my office in Pullnan back to my house in Moscow and he never showed up. Wasted a full hour of my time. When I called him to ask about our appointment,  he had forgot. Very unprofessional, has terrible communication skills. I would never use this locksmith.

I had a similar experience to the previous reviewer.  I called the locksmith, set up an appointment, and had someone who left work early to be present when the locksmith was scheduled to arrive.  No show, no call to explain, and I haven't heard from them since.  Unfortunate, but it seems that this company is not interested in my business.  I wouldn't count on them again.
