At Elmore Road Veterinary clinic we strive to leave an lasting impression. Your first experience will be with our friendly receptionists. Don't be surprised if they remember your name. Our staff take the time to get to know you and your pets. Each pet is different and unique. We take the time to understand your pets needs.

We are a full service clinic. In addition to medical and surgical needs, we provide grooming and boarding services. We also provide radiography (xray), ultrasonography, dental services, and rehabilitation laser therapy.

We understand that every single pet we encounter is different. Therefore, every pet receives individualized care. What works for one pet may not work for another. We enjoy getting to know all those little differences and experiencing their wide range of personalities. The outcome is a unique individualized treatment regimen designed for your pet's age, health, medical history, physical activity, home environment, and their personality. Knowing all these areas of each pet is essential to high quality care.

My two dogs have a variety of issues between the two of them so I’m frequently having to take them to the vet. This clinic and the vets there are always super helpful and always take the time to explain what’s going on and listen to any questions I may have. The staff at the front desk are friendly and efficient. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else to be cared for.

Don’t take your animals here. A couple of years ago my mother took her cat here for grooming. He was never the same when he came home. His back legs barely worked, he drug them behind him and he could no longer jump up on anything such as the couch. The vet called us and apologized after we left, she did not tell us what happened but she told us the lady caring for him was no longer working there. Regardless of this i figured i would give them another shot because they are the closest vet to my house. I took my dog a couple weeks ago, they were not caring at all. Very fast paced and in a rush. They put a muzzle on him to give him a shot, i have never been to another vet that uses a muzzle for a shot. maybe for an aggressive dog but mine is small and very sweet. not to mention prices are outrageous. will not return.

We are very pleased and impressed with the wonderful, attentive and caring efforts put in by every person in this clinic. Not only are they great with us but my pets actually love coming here. That kind of care speaks wonders. Let's not forget the affordable rates and advice/triage assistants provided by phone as well.

Elmore Road Vet Clinic is the best place for my animals. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Brandy Ellis is always so loving with my pup. We have used them for years and they are by far the best service for the price around. Love this place.

We have been going to Elmore Rd. Vet for as long as they have been open and seeing Dr. Ellis and the most amazing vet tech Chelsea even before then. When my dog got off his leash outside Dr. Ellis (up there on her day off because they were super busy) even came out to help us until we found him. 

Every time we go there we are treated with the upmost respect and compassion. No matter what my dogs/cats are facing health wise we are well taken care of. They always call and check on my babies after our visits to make sure they are doing good. 

We saw Dr. Unda when she first started there because Dr. Ellis was off. She diagnosed my dog with a heart murmur and from that day on she has remembered my name and my dogs and ask about him every time I see her. That means a lot. When my kitty passed they sent a card with my babies paw print and such a caring note from the staff. Prices are very reasonable but the attentive staff (even when they are busy) would be worth any price. Best vet office ever!
