What an excellent service I got from the Cory Nguyen. I took my 3 months old Rav4 for it's fist maintenance when I met Cory. I told Cory about the musky odor coming from the Vent which will cost $150 to fix normally but Cory was able to provide it free of charge. Thanks Cory! You're the best. I will make sure all my friends and relatives knew what a great dealership Elmore is.

Lannon was the best! Very friendly and he explained what they were doing on my car in details. Totally recommend him.
Update: someone else helped and didn't even turn off the "maintenance required" light after it was done and when I called, didn't even apologize and told me to come drive back 20 miles. 😠 Also did not tell me to come back while my warranty is covered (I went when it was due as on the sticker they put on my windshield) so I lost my last service!

Our salesman, Angel, was phenomenal. He was very pleasant, not pushy and knew everything the vehicle we ended up purchasing. 
It would be great if all car/truck buying experiences we're as easy as today.
I hope you know what an asset Angel is to Elmore Toyota.

I just left Elmore Toyota's dealership completely baffled as to why their sales staff is working today. I was going to look for a V6 Camry fully loaded XLE  Model. I was greeted by an individual I can't recall is name that seemed as though he was disinterested and conducting any types of business did not ask me a single question told me that he was there to show me cars because he had the access key but when it came time to look at the interior of a car he no longer had access to the interior the vehicle. Funny thing is is I already had my financing in place what about a car if even for a brief moment what have been treated as though my business met something.  Instead I was met with a dry personality a limp handshake a unprepared salesman who didn't even seem to enjoy what he was doing I was in disbelief and just walked off the lot....

really grate place I was helped by gorge im really happy with my truck i highly recommend any one thats looking for a Toyota come here n ask gor gorge to help he was really cool thanks again gorge !!
