Slum Lord. Lou McGinnis is located in Oklahoma City under the company name Dover LLC and they have been banned from owning property's in California and other states due to taking advantage of the poor and not following the rules for housing authority. He owns carriage house apartments and Eldorado apartments and he doesn't fix anything and hires maintenance workers without background or drug tests. Non bonded people in apartments.

So let's see,  what was bad about the place.  I think I only had the maintenance ever actually show up once to fix one thing out of 9 or 10 things I asked, oh and that was after submitting it 4 times for that one thing let alone the rest. 

What else went wrong good question,  their AC seemed to work maybe once or twice a week,  electricity was turned off a couple times,  management changed 4 times about,  water was off for a little over a week because they didn't fix an issue that just kept compounding,  they also don't even ask what you want to do when the lease is up just charge the additional 50$! 

Pros............there is a decent amount of space. 

More cons.  The oven set is a piece of garbage,  the shelf in the fridge I had to pull out because it was broken,  the garbage disposal has a mind of its own and sometimes turns on when you flip the switch.  

DON'T EVER RENT HERE EVER WORST YEAR OF RENT EVER. . . . . . . . . !

I agree please save time and dont rent from these apartments. It takes forever to get things fixed around these apartments. Hell im feeling like im living in Alaska. I gonna try to file a lawsuit and call city of topeka compliance. This effin place is not worth $565 a month. And i feel there in compliance. AND NEEDING TO WHO IS THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OF THIS PLACE

I agree that these apts don't deserve a rating. These apts have gone to crap since t cf e new owners around 6 mos ago.
