Awful embassy, very rude and inexpert. The staff doesn’t know how to handle your documents, so they disrespectfully put the load on you. I have many long-stay Schengen visas, and I could experience a better application process in other embassies if I had known how unprofessional these people are.

One of the worst embassies! the staff are stuck-up as if just now, they've fallen from heaven! please improve your english at first place! plus, no matter how many documents you present them, they still remain unsatisfied. coz they issue all of their visas to the people they know and have connection with. so I recommend never open the door of this embassy!

One of the worst embassies I dealt with. Applied for the visa despite having previous Schengen and usa visa and five years valid Canadian visa. I got rejected with some none sense reason. Staff are not responsive. Stay away from this embassy. Couple of months later got visa from Another eu embassy in tehran. Total biased.

Too much bureaucracy and lack of regard for how much cost and stress it might impose on applicants to find an official translation office in the Czech Republic as visa processing officials refuse to read a few simple lines of English.  It would be good if one of the Iranian staff of the Embassy who tends to speak impolitely could re-consider her attitude. I am giving this one star for the other Iranian staff who is the opposite.

If I could I won't even give one star for this embassy. Be aware to make an appointment a year before your travel plan. Even if your documents are not ready it's better to email and ask for appointment especially in summer. Not sure why they look down on applicants. We are all humans.
