Not a terrible place to rent if you enjoy living in a small apartment. There is a communal washer and dryer for the one bedroom apartments on each floor, but they are terrible. I had many clothes ruined by the washer. My biggest complaint is the office management. You can't get whole of them when you need to. I recently moved out and tried to drop of the keys multiple times during the day and the office was closed even though the hours posted on the office door said it should be open. My rent check for my last month still has not been processed and it's been almost a month. The office worker needs to be available during the business hours posted on the door except for occasional emergencies. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

I've lived here two years.... hated it since day one... the lady below us screamed so much at her kids it was ridiculous. Thankfully she moved out. Now our upstairs neighbors stomp around like raging elephants and someone else around us listens to really loud music all the time. So have fun with that. As for the apartment... its small for what they're asking. Washer/dryer suck,  my clothes always smell like BO no matter how much soap I use. Maintenance is slow. Had a broken kitchen drawer for weeks and a burned out kitchen light for weeks which we ended up just fixing ourselves. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. Do not move here. I've heard people say they don't get their deposit back at all so I really hope we do it was like 500/600$. Can't wait to move.

Not a bad place to live. Biggest issue I have with them is that when you try to contact them about something they take over 3 weeks to return your email. Never return your calls. They never responded when I asked about my deposit check. Never got it back and never was told why. They ignore you at all cost if you are looking for an answer about something. I would not recommend living in this place unless you like to never see your deposit back at all
