Awesome hotel. Rooms are suites, tons of space. Serve complimentary drinks and snacks every night. Indoor pool is open until midnight. Front desk gave the kids small stuffed animals. Breakfast is great, made to order.

Very beautiful hotel. Accommodating staff makes you feel at home. The many waterfalls (streams) throughout make a very serene setting. The rooms are immaculately clean and well appointed. Cleaning staff is very friendly and thorough. The food is excellent and has much variety. You will be surprised at how reasonable the prices are for such good food. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and well put together property. Indoor stream brings a level of class. Spacious Cafe and bar. Breakfast included. FREE DRINKS during happy hour. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Hilton Honors app has digital key and you can pick your room from the app and never have to check in, everything, including the key, is in the app.

Its a great place and excellent service. The valets are awesome, but you could say I'm bias because I work as a valet all you want but the valet manager and my co workers are a great team even when we're short staffed... That does not stop the us for providing great service.

Suites are spacious, lobby and dining staff were friendly/helpful, and the included happy hour and breakfast we're really good. The location is also excellent with lots of restaurants near by. The decor is extremely dated 70s/80s and the furniture is old. Mattresses we're worn down and chairs in our room we're wobbly. The AC/heating seemed uneven, bedroom would be cold whole front room was hot. Also reflected in the dated design was the lack of almost any accessable power plugs to charge electronics. Finally, our key cards only worked for 12 hours at a time, kept having to get new ones. Was told that our electronics we're resetting them, so I made sure to keep them fae away from my fax machine and pager.
