Under construction but not an issue. Room was really nice with updated bathroom. Staff very helpful and friendly. Made to order omelette was tasty!! Will stay again if I'm ever in the area. Can't wait to see the finished updates

May have been a nice place about 30 years ago! It shouldn't even be open because the entire first floor is shut down for construction. Of course they didn't disclose this when booking. The picture shows the view from the balcony with tarps draped across the entire first floor. The room is dirty with giant stains in the carpet. We left for the day came back at 7 p.m. and the room wasn't even cleaned, when I went to the front desk to inquire why? they responded.... we're short-staffed and we'll get there soon. When I tried to take a shower the hot water ran out within 2 minutes. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff is friendly. This critique is about the hotel property itself.

I wish there was an option for zero stars! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE UNTIL AFTER JULY 2018! Everything is torn up! The attrium is a mess! Our toilet stopped up! We had zero hot water for showers so my girls couldn’t wash the chlorine from pool from their hair. The cocktail hour was moved to a small room that was too crowded to find seating. The carpet in our room had horrible stains. We just wanted one night away and it was like a Steven King movie!

The location of the hotel makes it easy to get to events down town. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was exceptionally good. The hotel is a bit dated and needs renovations and maintenance to keep current. Entry from the garage needs modification so it is easier to get into the hotel. Carrying bags up a flight of stair is not reasonable. We were told there was a path to avoid the stairs but were not able to find it.

The hotel was being remodeled. The website warned that the lobby was being renovated so we were shocked at the scope of the remodel. The room was clean and comfortable. We paid a little extra for a riverside room and were very happy with that upgrade. Due to the inconvenience of the remodel, cthe hotel provided an extra Breakfastppointing as they weren't keeping up with the refills of food or utensils. The man making our omelettes was so pleasant and busy! One of the wait staff was rude to my son. When I asked another waitress what her name was she approached us and was still a bit rude but seemed sincere when she apologized to my son. Overall, I think this hotel will be beautiful when it is completed. The location is convenient. The river/city view is incredible.
