I’m on hold writing this, I called at 8:55 am just to be on hold so when there office opens at 9:00am !!! They would be able to pick up yet, there answering machine told me a 30 to 60 minutes wait cause their busy ??? You just opened ?? How many people do you even have in the building?? The automated machine can’t help me with certain questions stop directing me to it, the website also can’t help me. I need you to explain to me what this letter means !!! If those services could have helped me I wouldn’t be calling but I am !! 46 minutes later and still no one is picking up ???

This place advertises that it’s OPEN but it’s locked up and completely CLOSED. I wasted a trip to Glendale and money for parking.

3 hours on hold, using multiple phones, and online services don’t work. Also good luck finding their office :

TERRIBLE SERVICES YOU NEED TOJUST GO TO THE OFFICE NO APOINTMENT CAUSE YOU CANT GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE NO INTERNET AND THAT START ISNT REALLY A GOOD REVIEW I HAD TO PUT A STAR TO POST THIS
