Ocean front view was amazing, even in winter. We could even see the ocean from the bathroom. The room was very clean. Very nice staff. Good restaurants. They serve Starbucks coffee in the lobby. We were there for a conference and the meeting rooms were spacious and accommodating. I would give it 5 stars, but we had to ask for toilet paper one day after the room had been cleaned. Also, the service was a bit slow in the restaurant and we were the only customers at that time. My grilled chicken sandwich was delicious however.

We were greeted with a very kind welcome from Shelley. The room was very accommodating and had most peaceful view of the ocean from any room in a hotel I have ever experienced! This hotel has an amazing lobby and gives complimentary beverages in the evening. Awesome! Great experience and will definitely come back to this hotel in the future!

The room and view we're lovely, right on the beach. The stay was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. By far one of the nicest Embassy's we have stayed in. Our only complaint was the manager reception. The lines were long and slow at the bar in the off season, hate to see busy season. But it is free so not much to complain about.

Such a beautiful place and the location is perfect filled with scenery and things to do. They offer a shuttle service so you don't have to drive it walk to places. The staff was great and pleasant to be around along with helpful. So many amenities as well.

Emily did a great job and Outstanding check-in experience... Highly Dedicated , Professional and Ethical. Ted in the Bar is very generous even in napkins... Concierge Mali was excellent. Guy valet Parking...also drops luggage at your room even though it was in 19th Floor... Great view of the Beach Lovely, Elegant hotel and resort..
