The employees are amazing here. David is very sweet, caring, and patient. Mirna is also very sweet, patient, helpful, and a good soul. A few things need to be fixed but a lot has changed since the last time we were here. I think a lot had to do with the new GM.

Hotel is beautiful. Very cozy. Indoor pool is clean and my kids enjoyed it. Customer service is great. Room smelled a little bit like smoke. But other than that, the place was in great conditions. Happy hour was relaxing and breakfast was delicious.

Our favorite place to stay. Love the breakfast, happy hour and the rooms. Been staying here during our mini vacation for four years in a row. Clean rooms, great service and the restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience. Great location.

Nice lobby with pretty waterfall and koi fish. Restaurant and bar located downstairs. The Sunday brunch is really good. The rooms are nice. Room service available.

I met here for an business organization conference. I enjoyed the rooms. Bright roomd and good temp control. Nice table settings and continental breakfast was nice. I problem, they ran out of coffee and I was on time to the meeting. There was nobody to take care of the issue.
