Very friendly staff. Nice location... Not too busy but has a movie theater in the adjacent parking lot. Well appointed rooms and comfortable beds.

Very noisy hotel, as it is built, like all the new Hilton properties are these days, out of wood frame construction with hollow walls and floors. So you can clearly hear people talking next door and in the hallways. All Hilton has to do to improve the quality their hotels is blow in sound proofing in the walls and ceilings of all their cheaply made hotels. That, and not let their room doors slam so hard.

A luxury hotel with many amenities. Room was very clean and customer service was just as good. For the price you pay, you get a hotel with everything you need for the best stay in Santa Rosa.

Stayed here back in March 2017. LOVED the room. Nice and spacious. the front lobby amenities are great! little mini shop, nice restaurant and bar, lounge area has lots of seating. I loved the pool area and it is in a nice area, off the freeway but pretty quiet and safe. There is a movie theater close by as well. I keep trying to think of reasons to head back that way so I can stay there again!

You pay extra for everything. Wi-Fi is not free,   they really nickel and dime you on everything. Not worth the money at all.
