This is a very nice facility.  The bar staff (possibly bar manager) needs to take a few classes in customer service.  We were treated very rudely at the bar this evening.  She (bar manager) came over to our table twice to say we were being too loud, which may have been true to some extent, but her attitude was over the top.  When we asked if we could get another round of drinks (15 minutes before the posted/advertised closing time), we were told they had already shut down the bar.  There were about ten of us left in the bar area, but none of us ever heard a “last call” announced.  She was rude; she was condescending; she apparently is paid a great deal by the Embassy Suites, as she cares nothing about customer relations or staying open until the end of her shift (during which time she would sell more drinks).  As I said, this is a nice facility.  Unfortunately, their staff needs some upgrading.  This was our first time here, but some of the Boeing employees (who are apparently here a lot) agreed with us about the rudeness of the staff.

Had a wonderful stay. I enjoyed that breakfast was not cleaned up before time for it to close.  Remolded rooms are beautiful and very clean.  The beds are very comfortable

Received great service at this Embassy Suite. WiFi was easy to access, had decent connection. The drain in the shower didn't drain very fast, probably just a hair build-up or something. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

This place has the best customer service, the people are great. They just renovated so it looks great. And crystal in banquets is awesome. She very personable. You should check it out.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good for a hotel, including made-to-order meals included with the stay. The coffee shop was the best I've ever seen in a hotel with excellent service. The landscaping is attractive and inviting. Loved how the hotel and conference center are attached. Super convenient for conference attendees. With walking distance of a number of great restaurant choices.
