Out of the 3 laundry mats in Harrisonburg, VA this one has the best set up. Two full sections, plenty of front loaders (3 sizes) and plenty of dryers which heat very well. The dryers are $0.25 for 5 mins. The biggest front loader that they have takes 22 quarters OR $5.50 for a cold wash, (which I did). The primary language and influence at this laundry is Spanish, just in case you don't speak the language, it might be a little intimidating. But there is plenty of room to move, unlike the other two where you are squeezed in like sardines and there are less options for washing. I can come here, stuff everything into one big front loader and in an hour and a half I'm done. At the place where I stay the washers and dryers are $1.50 each and the washers are top loaders. So I save money coming here. It's clean, roomy and there are plenty of machines for everyone.

I don't have any issues with anyone working there, but they used to be open till eleven. Then an employee started closing early a while back and now they have scraped their hours off the windows and still close at 1030 but only on the nights the one employee is working. Where I'm from laundromats are open 24/7. It would be a service to the community if these folks would open 24/7.

A rude, fat woman with glasses was really bitchy and told me I had to leave before 10:30 even tho the sign on the door says open daily from 6-11. Never going there again.
