One of the agents called me gave me this awesome price and I switch from progressive which was a big mistake. After a month of service with them someone stole me information from my debit card I gave them the right information to put in the system no one updated the system. Then i somehow was fed up with the branch and wanted to switch Emily lee inform me that she was going to handle all my affairs with my renters and auto insurance and that she was giving me a discount to stay with them. She didn't keep her word and my policy went up and she couldn't explain it. So I informed her that I wanted to cancel because she was blaming her employees that they was doing everything wrong and here she go doing the same thing. She pretty much tried to bully me to stay with them after different phone conversations I had to take off work to come to the branch to ensure that she canceled my policy. Which I thought she did and today I received a email stating to pay my policy which she cancelled. PLEASE ANYONE THINKING ABOUT GIVING YOUR BUSINESS YOUR BUSINESS DONT GO TO ANOTHER AGENT. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE AND ITS A WATSE OF TIME

Wonderful office and person for that matter and concerned about more than money. Emily took the time to understand what I needed rather than wanted and made sure I left happy. Highly recommend.

I purchased the auto insurance from her last year. After I paid, she never answer any emails or phone call. Her service is not really helpful nor professional.
