Story

Empire Contractors, established in 2011, has been helping residents & business owners with their exterior needs. Three guys from Cincinnati's west side built a business on Quality, Fairness, and Doing what we say we will. From simple, no frills, roof leaks fixed, to full scale siding projects, Empire has helped solve many problems for property owners over the years.

I am an investor and I have worked with Brian for years. He knows the ins and outs of roofing. If you care to listen he will share a wealth of knowledge. Personally takes good workers and trains them to be great workers. He only wants the best working for him. He will tell you when your wasting your money and what the best options are. Don’t take my word for it, when he is done he takes photos to prove the quality of his work. No hiding anything! Hands down best customer service and quality! I won’t use anyone else!

When my Uncle needed a new roof for his house, he went to multiple Contractors to gather quotes. When he talked to Empire, they inspected his roof before offering him a quote. (Something no other Contractor even offered to do.) After their thorough, and detailed inspection, they found enough hail damage, from a recent storm, to file a claim with my Uncle's Insurance Provider. My Uncle Jim ended up spending less than $600 out of his own pocket, for a brand new roof with a 25 year warranty! ... Not sure what more you could ask for!

I found Empire Contractors after I had gotten other estimates that were outrageous!! From the first time I had talked to them to the last they were always very friendly, helpful, and professional.  With the other companies I had talked to I could tell all they cared about was the money. Empire Contractors really cared about getting us what we needed and not just what they could sell. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!  Our roof looks amazing and all the workers were great and super fast!  Thank you so much Patrick and team!!!!

I contacted Empire about a month ago because the roof over our screened-in porch is leaking and needs to be replaced due to its age. Patrick took my call and promptly jumped on Google Earth to view my home and promised to come out and take a look within the next week. I didn't hear from him again until over a week later--via email--to say that they'd gotten backed up and to ask I was still in need of their services. I replied that I was very interested in speaking with them about replacing our roof, and I waited another week or so without any further contact from them. So, I emailed a second time to be sure they received my message confirming my interest in getting a bid to replace our roof. Finally, after another week, I phoned Patrick's direct line and left a message stating that I really hoped to hear from them soon, as getting our roof replaced soon was a high priority...and still nothing! I can only presume that Empire Contractors is not interested in small jobs or doesn't want to work in my area of town (West Chester). I could have understood either reason but the lack of professionalism demonstrated by simply ignoring repeated requests for a quote is a big disappointment given their reputation.

We needed to replace our entire roof and had prepared ourselves to pay for it out of pocket. Empire suggested that we file an insurance claim and our insurance ended up covering the entire replacement. Other companies didn't even bother to try and save us money this way.
 
Our entire experience and every person we talked with had been great! It was a pleasure working with Empire and I highly recommend them! 
Not to mention our new roof looks awesome and completely alters the exterior appeal of our home!
