Costumer service is not good at all I have called three times and left messages in the past week and no one will call me back.  I am getting really mad about this since I have lifetime warranty on my doors and windows.  I had a good relationship with the company till now not sure why they are not calling me back.

I worked for this company a few years ago and then moved.  The owner's are high quality people and were very helpful when I had questions.  It's rare to find quality people in the home improvement industry.  I definitely recommend them.

This is the worst company I have ever used for anything concerning my house.  They offered a lifetime warranty but have never once honored it.  They always have some excuse as to why they will not honor it.  I had all new windows installed, one new door and siding on the trim.  I paid a lot of money.  The first set of windows were all broken.  The second set they put in warped and now the third set, all of the balances are breaking, the back door leaks and the siding is falling off.  I will never do business with this company again.......EVER.
