Empire is very good place to bring your family or come after a night of fun. The food is usually good. Depending on what chef is working your food might not come out the way you like. The service is excellent. They are always friendly and helpful.

They are very well patronized, and a busy diner. I went with my cousin, who lives in PA. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. You get nice portions and the food is prepared to your specifications!!! Their homemade pastries and cakes are unbelievable!!

Empire diner is a wonderful place to dine for all occasions. All denomination churches come and eat on Sunday. They give you nice portion of food, and you can take left overs. I always recommend everyone, I know to visit the diner. Food is very good, service is excellent. The staff is excellent, polite, well trained, wonderful personality and professional. I had one bad experience out of the past 5 years that Ihave been dinning at the Empire. The owner I see on Sunday evening is always very nice, and know his customers by there face and he really knows the Bishops and Pastors that bring there members to dine. And that's what you called an excellent business person!

I had not been here in a very long time and I was disappointed. My grits were cold and my potatoes were hard . I was charged extra for onions and peppers each @ $.75. I'm not going back. My dining companion also had up charges on simple things that should have been part of the meal. The one very good thing is our waitress was very nice and provided is with excellent service!

Recent meals for 3 were tasty and plentiful. The highlight was the friendly, helpful, speedy service. The menu here is extensive with lots of really good choices
