This McDonalds location has serious and to the point cashiers and managers who are no nonsense. You walk in, get your food and they take care of you. If you need something fixed they fix it no problem. The only complaint I have is cleaning. Had a filthy men's room and the condiments like ketchup packets were sticky and stuck to each other. They used to have ketchup dispensers but they no longer do. A missed feature in this scenario, but if they are able to keep the packets clean that would be appreciated and be more portable. I would prefer both options.

This is the absolute worse Mcfonald franchise in the entire world, I know I’m exaggerating there are others I’m sure.
 . I have given them 4 tries all the results , all bad. if the food isn’t good the customer service is truly from the school of I am just dumb and don’t comprehend what your asking for, I say this because when given your order it’s ALWAYS WRONG. When you give it back they have that look In their face , the dumb one I know McDonald’s isn’t the best place to get a quick meal, but owners train your children to Listen So you can avoid the calls of getting a jacked up order.  going forward I’ll drive the 2 miles when the craving hits to get hot food and better service. 
Oh why do I have to ask for my food to be made fresh isn’t it suppose to be.

(When I say their closed, it just when you ordering food.) They're always closed at late night for "x"reason, (after 12am) , even though it's suppose to be open 24 hours. They are are also closed when they change from breakfast to lunch. If you in drive through you'll stuck in line until their "Dang" ready. They also have you wait for pick-up when people who have large orders before you. I only ordered a soda cup.

New, bright, clean and comfortable dining room. Pleasantly surprised by a cheerful friendy staff that looks like a good team. I have been in too many stores in the area that the staff is visibly unhappy. Thanks for demonstrating that customer service lives. Wishing the team much success!!

I’m by far a McDonald’s fanatic. But I love the deals from the app. This location is nearest to me, which sucks!!! But it just seems like eeeeeeeevery time I go here something is wrong or left out of my food smh. No exaggeration! The sandwiches are thrown together. Casheirs look like they jus rolled out of bed. The fries are always cold. My sandwiches be cold. It’s literally only still open because it’s the only one close by if you don’t want to go to the hood. Anyway. Rant over. I guess I will stick with making my own food at home
