Some of the staff are great, but most are not...they belittle you just by posturing and facial expressions, like you're bothering them. Nice selection of eyewear, office space is nice, parking lot is great. Worst thing about this place, and the reason why I will never return, is the Dr! He's so unbelievably rude, makes off hand snide comments as well. Your $ is better spent elsewhere.

I was able to schedule a last minute appointment and every member of their team was efficient, friendly, and helpful! So pleased with my experience at this location.

My wife and I are on fidelis. One of the employees started speaking to other employees, and made an extremely rude comment about having been able to tell we were on it from a mile away. Will not be coming back. Not everyone has super expensive insurance and it made us feel like we were scum for being on fidelis.

Have always had a decent experience with Empire but I went in tonight an hour before they closed and got eyes rolled at me upon entering and told that they couldn't help me order glasses.
