I LOVE Core Power Yoga and Keri at  Empower Yoga teaches the best core power yoga classes I have ever had. I live in NYC and work in NJ and I prefer her classes over any in the city. I am so happy to have found this location and highly recommend this studio. It is a very clean and open studio. Wood floors and smells amazing even after everyone is dripping in sweat after class. They provide eucalyptus towels at the end of class in shavasana. Great people, great environment, highly recommend!

One of the best studios I have been to. Knowledgeable and kind staff, the facility is beautiful and spotless, the check in staff are always wonderful. The classes are challenging and fun!!! Definitely try it, you will love it.

Great space with great energy and a very welcoming environment. Teachers offer options appropriate for all levels of practice. Bring a towel, better yet bring 2 towels and enjoy.

This fabulous new studio has it all.  When you walk through the door the positive energy embraces yogis of every level and inspires you to be the best you can be.  The instructors shine bright and provide all of the inspiration needed to challenge your limits or simply take a moment to breathe.  Get on your mat at Empower!
