Located at 968 Parkway Ave... We are Ewing NJ’s newest and best health club. We are excited to provide a fitness center in Ewing that is accessible 24-hours a day to meet busy life styles and do it at a reasonable price. We have everything that you need to reach your fitness goals. We also offer the area’s most cutting edge Fitness training and group classes such as TRX, Kettle Bells, Tread and shed, and Ariel Yoga to name a few!

Urge Fitness also brings “Boot-Camp” the most powerful weight loss system in all of NJ! We created a beginners and intermediate fitness class that puts us years ahead of our time.
