Eric was able to come out a day earlier than expected!  He was very thorough and honest.  Katie was very pleasant on the phone and quick to call me back with an appointment time.  Was pleased to find out they offer service programs.  Will definitely use this company again!

I have used EMS heating and air on multiple occasions and been very pleased on every visit. Their level of knowledge and expertise combined with the ability to explain things to me,simply cannot be matched. They are very punctual with all response and repairs as well.    If you want big company abilities with small-company personability EMS heating and air cannot be matched.

Just recently called EMS for a problem with our furnace. I called them from the positive reviews I read and Eric did not disappoint :) He fixed my problem and everything is running smoothly. Highly recommend!
