We love Willard Heating and Air! Why? Honest and efficient. They only do the work that's necessary. They don't try to "up-sell" or get us to "fix" something every time they visit, as we've experienced with other companies. As a result, on the rare occasion when our tech does tell us about a part that needs to be replaced, we know he means it. We trust the people who work at Willard, both the techs and those in the office.

I called on a Thursday evening for service. The website and voicemail said to call a special number for emergency service. My air was completely out and not working so I consider that an emergency in Texas. I left a message for someone on the emergency line to call me back. When the woman called back she said " I am returning your call. I don't know what you said on the voicemail because I didn't listen to it. Do you need emergency service"? I said, I believe so because my air is out. She said "who is this? Do you have an appointment for service?" I said no, I am a new customer calling for emergency service. She said that there was no way they could get to me tonight and that I needed to call back tomorrow on the main line when they opened to schedule service. Willard it's a shame because we have used you in the past and that's why we called again. I refuse to do business with a company who doesn't offer great customer service. I also refuse to do business with someone who is rude to me which your representative was. You should have another look at who is answering your calls for customers. They are the face of your company. I was so turned off by the way I was treated that I called someone else. They were prompt to call me back, courteous, spent 20 minutes on the phone with us diagnosing the problem and we were on the schedule for the next morning at 6:30. They even apologized for not being able to get out that evening but that they were swamped. That's how you treat a new customer, FYI.

The technicians arrived to my business on time. They were respectful and quick. I can tell the A/C is working more efficiently after they left. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it took almost 3 months to make this service call to happen. The first request was in July, when the tech arrived he said he didn't have a ladder so he would have to come back. He never did! The second attempt was early August, the technician arrived and he said he would park on the back to access my shop from the back door. He actually left! This round the scheduling was smooth and the techs arrived on time. I hope this means someone is paying attention and fixing mistakes. In other words, I hope moving forward this is now the rule and not the exception

Quality and reliable service. I would recommend Willard to anyone wanting a trustworthy professional HVAC company. Technicians are friendly and informative. No hard selling. You can count on Willard to take care of you and make sure you understand everything about your service and any options for future considerations. They offer a great service plan as well.

My service call was for seasonal maintenance. The technician was on time and polite. He assured me that the three heating units in my home were in very good condition and there were no Carbon Monoxide leaks.
