Most of these reviews were horrible, so I was a little nervous coming here, but I had to come for a random drug test assigned by my employer. 
Let’s be honest, it’s just a drug test, so no matter what they do, it’s not going to be some incredible experience that I’m going to rave about. However, I still gave them 5 stars because there were no bumps in the road or hiccups within the process. Everything went as expected and I don’t see anything they could’ve done to make the process more seamless. It was just a very smooth process in general. I was actually the only person in the whole clinic at noon on a weekday, so everything went super fast. I’d have no problem coming back.

Absolutely terrible! I came in for a medical exam when enrolling for insurance. The technician couldn't figure out how to work a blood pressure cuff, miscounted my heart rate TWICE, and almost wrote my information down incorrectly on the form (luckily, I was able to correct him). I requested that someone else take my blood sample because I was extremely uncomfortable with him doing it. Even the other technician was atrocious, but fortunately she got my vein on the first try. She just spilled my blood all over the table when removing the needle from my arm. My half-hour appointment had turned into an hour long ordeal by this point, so as soon as they said we're all set, I left quickly. I was about 3 minutes down the road when I got a call. It was the technician asking me to come back because she forgot to have me sign some forms. I'll definitely be reporting my experience back to the insurance company I was applying with.

All of my information went to the testing facility incorrect... how is that possible where they have to call so you can correct even just your name?!?!  Make sure you verify your personal information before walking out... you might not be so lucky to get a follow up call.
