The receptionist heard my symptoms and insisted I get in quickly. Thank God she did, as my symptoms worsened over the weekend. Dr. Jagger showed great care and compassion. He took my weekend calls and helped keep me out of the Emergency Room. I will always be thankful for this wonderful team and excellent caring doctor.

In search of a place to make an appointment, I called with questions. Hoping to get answers, which I did receive, however; rudely as well as vaguely answered. I have made the choice that, as a front desk receptionist, allowing a potential client/patient to feel at comfort would be ideal. That was not given, it is saddening and I hope that people who are in search would be treated with respect even through the phone with a professional as well as comforting tone.
