I was not impressed by the bakery nor the cake pops that I purchased for my daughter's birthday. First off, the bakery does not smell like a bakery, but some other weird scent. Next off, it could use a really good cleaning, as the floor, walls, and entry door were very dirty. The ceiling has stains as if there are leaks coming from above it. NOT at all what you expect from a Bakery. Clearly, they do not clean the place daily or even weekly. The display cases could also use a good cleaning. The cake pops were really doughy and the icing was definitely not good. I would not recommend this bakery to a friend.

I have heard all great things, seen the Facebook ads and Groupon promotions, and decided it was time to visit.I was in a few weeks ago to pick up cupcakes and other treats for my grandmother, mother, and myself. The service was short and sweet. The lady at the counter was very nice and gave me information regarding a potential future order for my brother's graduation. The cupcakes were so inexpensive and delicious- huge variety of flavors! The brownies are also very large, they lasted us more than 3 days. Definitely a hidden gem of Parkville. Highly recommend!

Ordered a cake for my sons 10th birthday, it did not look like the pic we sent them, it was rushed, I could not pick it up at designated pick up time, they delivered it to the location and it was still an additional 30 minutes later then promised. I tried to address the issue with the bakery the following day (today 3/19/17) and the person was extremely rude and threatened to call the police on us because we asked for the owner or at least a manager. She was not the owner but she still worked for the business so it's all the same to me. Will never order from them again!

Ordered a Cake for my sons birthday and it looked horrible , nothing like the picture we provided. it was not available for pickup when it should have been and they delivered it late. Lastly they made part of the cake out of something that wasn't edible much to our surprise! We tried to address this issue with them and they took no ownership and displayed no customer service skills whatsoever. I will never do business with them again and encourage you not to as well.

I was introduced to this bakery from Groupon. I called to put in my order and the lady was really nice. I picked up my order and my cake pops were boxed and ready. I had them out for my SB party and my guest enjoyed them.
