Wish they had a 0 Star option. I called over a month ago asking when I needed to place an order for a dozen cupcakes and a dozen cookies. I was told 2-3 days before. Called 3 days before, placed order. Was called back the day before event and was told they could not fulfill my order because “they were too busy”. When I finally got a hold of a manager (I was clearly very upset at this point, swear words and all) she continued to talk over the top of me and tell me how much work they had and then hung up on me. What kind of place is this that you can’t fulfill a pre placed order of a dozen cookies? And then continue to make the customer feel like they ordered too late?  Absolutely and totally ridiculous. Will recommend everyone stay away from this place.

****also I asked for the managers name to mention her in my review and she just hung up on me. Clearly super professional people working here.

Great taste but one year they completely screwed up my order for a boys birthday party and were really rude about it actually giving me an attitude. Will never forget that. I still go back because people deserve second chances. Most millenials lack customer service and friendliness because the screens have made them zombies anyways.....hey WE pay your bills, not you! You know i guess they think im lucky to be a customer.....no...other way around

I enjoy rich foods, but the icing on all the cupcakes is terrible. It tastes like whipped Crisco with flavoring.
At nearly $35 per dozen I would expect much better quality.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!  Flavor Cupcakery is amazing.  We hired them for our wedding on 10/14/17 - asked for 300 mini whoopie pies of various flavors plus one larger "cutting" whoopie pie.  The cutting whoopie pie was so cool! Loved it!  All of the flavors we ordered were heavenly.  The company was fantastic to work with and made pick up of our desserts very easy!

Amazing, love this place! Being moderately proficient in baking myself, I often am disappointed in bakeries, but these cupcakes are divine. I also love their truffles (cake pops) and I just tried a raspberry macaroon (I won for free when I signed up to get points for all the cupcakes I buy! :D ) and was blown away. Loved it.  Also, the cashiers have always been nice when I dither over which cupcake to get (they have a lot of flavors).
