Just went for my cleaning an xrays. I'm not the best patient and I hadn't been to the dentist in years. The staff was very friendly from start to finish. The hygentist Nicole did such an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She spent A lot of time making me feel good about getting my teeth cleaned. Can't thank her enough for the amazing work She did. Doctor Bill was very nice as well. All around an amazing office experience.

I would not recommend this place at all. I feel giving one star being too nice. Some of the staff workers are very rude and have no respect. Plus they will tell you one thing then end up doing something totally different. Its more of the staff with the additutes then the dentist. Last time I was there some of the staff started to go threw my file but yet they did not work on my teeth. I dont get why some would walk in the room start looking at my file then walk out. There is one worker there who the additutes needs to go. I can't talk good about this company and they really need to talk to there staff about there additutes. Im not the only one who has seen this and stopped going because of this. But hey each its own. They got a lot of good reviews so people will not care on this comment and same for the staff. But just giving the heads up. Also most reviews are fake on hear. Its the staff them selves giving the good reviews. Its an old trick with getting ranked better you fake the reviews so it helps rank the page and listing better with Google. It's so sad really how fake the staff is there. Trust me stay away. Its not like there the only dentist around.

I got a root canal with dr. Haddeus which went well. He’s very nice and a great dentist but I don’t care about the dental assistant personal life while I am being worked on. ... I called to schedule an appointment several times I was Told somebody would call me back. I felt like I was chasing them down. I just spend 800 on root canal now I got an estimate of all the work I need done in the next eight months is over $6000 out-of-pocket ...is my money no good here? Being that insurance isn’t tying me to this office it weighs heavily on how I am treated and I find it disrespectful that when I’m called 3 different days and times I was told someone would call me back ... there’s only one girl working ... blah blah blah..I still had to follow up calling again myself After getting adequate time for them to do so . 5 days is enough time To tell me what I already knew a week before and now the appointment is pushed almost a month out. 😐 ( I just wanted to schedule the appointment .. why is this so difficult?) My experience left me feeling like the staff is either overwhelmed or not trained well. I’ve worked for doctor offices before and I am in sales for 13 years in which my income relies on building trust and respect. Obtaining a loyal Client/patient is a privilege and you have to earn the right. Customer service is a top priority. A dentist office should make you feel important whether you’re there for a cleaning or there for thousands of dollars of work . You never know who the patient is, and word of mouth is free marketing to support a business . So put yourself in The “Person’s” shoes and let that motivate you to treat them as you would like to be treated. It’s very simple. It works. Call back in a timely manner , don’t make excuses just find solutions.

Great experience at Encore. The facility is top-notch, with a great team who are extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Testa has been my go-to dentist, and he is world-class. Highly recommend!!!!
