People use statements like "I would rather have a root canal than..." essentially talking about how bad it is to have a root canal.  My root canal and implant procedure with Dr. Pawluk was a piece of cake.  I was nervous about both procedures and they were both pretty easy.  Dr. Pawluk did a great job preparing me and explaining what he was going to do without over doing anything.  What I appreciated the most was how prompt he was with every appointment.  I never sat in the waiting room very long and once I went back into the chair he was there doing his work and sending me on my way.

I have had a lot of dental experiences in my life.  I was married to a dentist and was a dental assistant for years.  Dr Pawluk and his staff are by far the best group I have ever encountered.  He is absolutely the best and runs his office in the most professional and kind way possible.  I can't say enough about how great this office is.  I recommend Dr Pawluk to everyone!!!!!

I went there recently by the referral of Dr. Vitaliy Shvets. All the staff are very kind and polite, in my case it was important because of the language problem. Dr. John Pawluk is very serious, but there is no problem to find a way for nice talking with him. He is a professional, who knows exactly what he should do, very confident. I think  the equipment is - the last word of technology. 3D scanning is very helpful to see the whole problem and to choose the most right way to solve it. It's not a low budget clinic, but you've got what you pay for. The confidence and high quality result worth it.

Went here recently for my first (and hopefully last) root canal. I have a bad case of dentist anxiety, so needless to say, I was stressed going into this. Part of my anxiety stems from the fact that my childhood dentists were condescending and made me feel like a lesser person anytime I had a cavity. But John and his team were so understanding, accommodating, and down to earth. I was still a bit nervous, but I could not have been more relaxed in their hands. Also, I have to say the TVs with Netflix is a nice touch. But bottom line is they have a great space there and great people. Everyone I dealt with from the front desk to the chair was both friendly and professional. John himself was not only easy to talk to but also very informative before/during/after the procedure which is nice if you are clueless like me. I would rate 10/5 stars if I could.

Dr. Pawluk was incredibly professional, and took the time to explain my options  which made the experience much easier.  I was surprised at how gentle he is, and really the entire procedure was quite painless.  I was impressed with him calling me after the root canal to check up on me and make sure I was doing ok.  That's the type of customer service that lets me know he really cares.
