I have being going there for years and I don't have anything to complain. They always treated me very well and the two hairdressers who did my hair did a great job.  They are nice, friendly and treat me very well. Close to Christmas, they offered delicious cookies to the customers.

My experience here and the way my that my hair turned out afterwards was appalling. I made an appointment for a hair coloring about a month in advance, they had given me a false price  and it ended up being double what they had originally said it would be. They gave my hair stylist only two hours to work with me and was she was doing another clients hair at the same time as mine! She ended up running out of time with me and rushed everything, scraping my scalp while washing out the hair dye, and didn't even dry my hair before I left. Now, after only washing it once, part of my hair is yellow and the other half of my head is a blueish gray. This place was most definitely not worth two hundred dollars and three hours of my time. My hair is now dead and looks very un appealing.

I originally had a good review for this place years ago, but I have to change it. I haven’t been here for three years. The service went downhill completely and the service suffered as well. They charge extra to dry your hair after a haircut, so you either have to pay even more money or leave with wet hair. They also started hiring completely inexperienced girls, I assume to save money, and they couldn’t even do basic blowouts. The very last time I went here I went for a blow out and my hair looked and felt worse than before I went in. When informing the owner’s daughter that I was not happy with the service, she could not have cared less despite the fact that I was a regular client who had been going there for a long time. Don’t waste your money here, there are plenty of other high quality salons where you’ll get your money’s worth.

This place is simply horrible. They will never deliver what they promise and surely avoidable. Please stay away from their cheap marketing strategies.
