Dave came recommended to me as someone "who really, really knew his stuff." I have heard this many, many times and, unfortunately, it's often an exaggeration, at best. My first meeting with Dave quickly proved that he is deeply knowledgeable and current, about the technology of heating and cooling buildings, and passionate about helping his customers get the right solution to their specific needs. Dave got involved mid-construction (not the most desirable timing) and we discussed a number of options for heating and hot water, ventilation, automation and more. He is happy to share information and discuss all possibilities, providing a black-box/turn-key/fully designed option or getting into the tiniest of details and options (as I prefer). It is perfectly clear to me that he understands and accepts the responsibilities associated with the systems he installs - a true professional. And, that a wise customer would trust his judgement. I recommend EnergyStarDave without any hesitation whatsoever.

We've worked with EnergyStarDave on a number of occasions and would never even think of going to anyone else. Today he installed a heat pump for us that, as I type this, is keeping us toasty warm. Dave is extremely knowledgeable about all the different options, and he helped us find the one that I think will be perfect for us. In addition, Dave is so pleasant to work with. I would recommend Dave to anyone needing a knowledgeable, honest, skilled HVAC professional.
