Fantastic company. They have done home improvement projects for my wife and me (e. g., new porch, guest cabin, new garage, heating system, new electric lines, new roof, etc.) for the last twenty years. Always excellent work at a fair price! We highly recommend them.

Steve Ostrander and his company is one stop shopping. He was able to Draft up a set of plans for construction of a new home and handled the project from soup to nuts. He built a lovely home for my family in Narrowsburg, NY. I have absolutely no reservation to recommend his company for large or small jobs. Secondly, Steve stands behind his work, if there is an issue, he will return to correct the situation.

The absolutely most professional people my husband and I have ever done business with. These guys were on time, polite, clean, efficient, and always available to address my so many questions. Mr. Ostrander (Steve) has brought my visions to life on time and actually within our budget.

When we decided to build a home in Callicoon, NY we interviewed several contractors. Steve Ostrander stood out among the rest as being knowledgable, flexible, friendly and fair in pricing. Steve took a basic idea we had and turned into a reality. When unexpected issues with our land came up, he worked with us to modify our design and still get our home built. Everyone who has visited our home has commented on its quality and design. Steve is responsive, honest and fair. We would't hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends.
