Relocated to South Florida and needed to find a permanent residence for my family. Tabitha was our realtor and my girlfriend and I realized we were in very good hands from the beginning. Her personal experience with the housing market and support from the entire Sailfish staff made a first time home buyer very comfortable throughout the process. I was really pleased working with Spence Spencer to help us find a new home.  He listened to our needs and spent many days with me and my family showing us the different neighborhoods in Palm City, Stuart, Jensen Beach, and Port St. Lucie.  Spence was extremely flexible in showing us homes and the kids liked that he listened to their wishes as well.  He really knows the area.  Even after we closed on the house, Spence gave us suggestions for local services and activities and made us feel really 'at home' in our new place.  I would absolutely recommend Spence to any of my friends or family.

Eddie is respectful, knowledgable, personal and helpful in the home buying process. Eddie and his team was there from beginning to end and offered their expertise every step of the way. I was very particular in what I wanted in a home and Eddie was able to give me updates and advice on the homes within the area. Once I found the home I was looking for, Eddie and his team took care of everything. I was reassured that everything was being taken care of while I awaited to hear back about the home that I was buying. After I closed on my home, Eddie even followed up with me to let me know that if I ever needed anything that he was just a phone call away. I am extremely grateful to have met Eddie.
