I used Keller Williams-Sesta and Associates for the sale of my home in Port St. Lucie. From the very start, Mr.Andrew Sesta was a huge help. He assisted me in ever aspect of the sale, since this was my first selling experience. He helped guide me through the selling process and addressed all of my concerns. He even helped me decide the appropriate presentation of my home for sale in the best possible light. Andrew Sesta is the name associated with great customer caring, as well first rate home buying services.  We were very fortunate to have met such a wonderful caring individual to help guide us to our dream place in Florida.

Our buying experience with Keller Williams can best be described as wonderful. With regards to the level of services we have received from Andrew and his associates they provide top rated detail oriented services. Very prompt and always a pleasure to speak with on the phone.

Working for Andrew Sesta has really been the best experience for me as a Realtor. Andrew takes professionalism to another level. As a Realtor it has been a pleasure working with Andrew and his team.  We showed several homes to their clients and they made the experience easy, professional and took care of all the necessary paperwork.  It made for a successful  time for us and the customers. This is my first review ever!  So bear with me if I ramble.  Late last year (2014) I had the pleasure of experiencing the first hand professional real estate services of Andrew Sesta.  Now though this may be my first review of anyone (realtor or otherwise) it is not my first home purchase.  As this was a second home down in Florida while I still reside for now in Virginia.. My main concern was that I would be absent during much of the important steps...Like home inspection and closing... Andrew assured me that nothing would go wrong.. he kept talking about "This ain't his first rodeo..haha"   I could not have been more pleased, when Andrew suggested that we empower the closing attorney to finalize the closing papers and he was willing to act as my home inspector watcher..(that is the guy who makes sure the home inspector is not asleep at the wheel). Though the home inspection had a few flaws, Andrew actually video taped each and every one of the important home inspection gripes and even had the inspector do a little dance on video explaining what should be done to meet a home ready to close.  Now if that wasn't enough after he thoroughly beat the seller and his agent to a pulp.. to get all the important home inspecton items taken care of... to my surprise he came back with a credit from the seller for $2,000.00 since the inspector had identified the heat pump system as being past its lifetime... even though the only time I was there it seemed to work fine.  Things were so smooth that the closing came and went and I only realized I had missed the day when Andrew called and said "Hey..Boss.. you are now a second home owner.. enjoy the tax writeoffs..."  Oh! forgot 1 thing.. (probably forgot a lot as I am sure Andy took care of many other minor problems without bothering me with it.) Once repairs were complete to my surprise Andrew sent me another video showing each item repaired with his sound track telling me what I was looking at and how the repair was done.. as he had the inspector return to review the repairs just as an extra check.. knowing I was out of town. I am sure it made him feel even more responsible since I had put so much trust in him.

Bottom line I have been exposed to many realtors in my time at age 70 but Andrew ran circles around them all... and then some.  I will definitely be using Andrew for any real estate business in his area in the future...

Thank you Andrew.. job well done... and to say this is my first reveiew ever says a lot... First agent I have run across that I thought deserved it..
