James from English Electric was very accomodating and prompt in his arrival.  Although I needed something very simple (reset of a GFI I couldn't locate) he also went a little above and beyond by helping me with a couple other things I did not include in the original service request.  He also offered suggestions on how to avoid the problem I had from happening again.  His prompt and thourough service was greatly appreciated and I will be happy to support this company in the future.
