I appreciate this company because of their ability to contract a job and then not return to finish the work. This has led to my company being able to be called and perform the completion of their jobs. The problems that I have to note is the fact that they add switches and plugs to existing circuits without doing any kind of load calculation which over loads the circuits existing and makes their installations illegal by National Electric Code and the local municipalities. This actually works to our benefit once again because now we must come in and make things right by adding circuits in locations where they failed to do so. The other problem found on one of their jobs was the use of the wrong size wire on what the customer said was an added cost to upgrade the wire size for a future installation of a hot tub. The wire size installed was not the correct size and there was no GFCI protection device installed for a hot tub installation in accordance with code. I would like to thank them for the work they have provided for us and at the same time, their review for the work that they do is completely sub-standard and illegal.
