I called in, made a request for a "spring bouquet" for a friend's birthday. It was created (with that extremely vague description) and delivered in just two hours. My friend told me it's the most beautiful arrangement she's ever received. It was so simple to order and make payment. Thanks so much, Enhancements Flowers & Decor!

Overall was not pleased with my experience with this florist at all. She seemed very competent and experienced in our first meetings and had great ideas and bragged up her experience and convinced me to use real hydrangeas as my centerpieces instead of my silk ones because she could order pink ones that were just as full. Below is just one picture of what they turned out like-white-ish green flowers that didn't overflow in my jars as she said they would and first of all they were not pink. I had never heard from her prior to the wedding so I was very surprised to see those on all of our tables at our reception. When asked afterwards she said she didn't get what she ordered and did everything she could to get me pink hydrangeas and she had another wedding that day as well and didn't want to bother the bride the week of her wedding. She argued with anything we could say for why she did what she did, why couldn't she have just put ANY pink flower in the vases? Why couldn't she go buy some for me? Or why couldn't she at least notify me? She called me the morning of the wedding because she was lost and couldn't find our church so she did in fact bother me on the DAY of my wedding. She had bragged up how she has been at that church before as well prior to the wedding. The boquets she made were very pretty but overall I feel she has very overpriced items-the mothers corsages looked like boutonnieres and were way more expensive and after she said I could get a refund for some of the reception flowers since they were not what I ordered I am still waiting almost 3 months after...I would not recommend this florist. (I would have been okay had she called me ahead of time about the mistake in flowers and offered me a refund or something to make it up)

This is a FULL service Florist!  Nicki has amazing talent and works with you from beginning wedding ideas to your wedding day!  The bouquets and arrangements are professionally done and the service is above and beyond expectations!

Was very pleased with the arrangement I recently purchased. The shop is very beautiful with a lot of products ,the woman who runs the shop was very helpful and genorus with the amount of flowers in the arrangements. Will definitely buy more arrangements in the future.
